Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the UK on most of our items.

For international Shipping and Faster shipping options we use Royal mail Tracked Services & Private Courier Companies e.g. DPD, TNT, UPS, DHL. We offer number of faster shipping options on a reasonable prices choose shipping which suites you when check out.

Shipping costs and service used depends on weight, Dimension and Price of item. Free shipping uk orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class normally take of 3 to 5 working days. Please note any orders made on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

We cannot be held responsible for free shipping orders for any delays caused by Royal Mail. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us we are here to assist you.

Return Policy

All items we sell are accurately described in the listings. We provide the highest customers service possible, and aims to keep all of our aronz.co.uk customers satisfied. If you have any problems with the order and services you have received, please feel free to contact us.

You can return any brand new, unused and unopened item within 30 days for a full refund.

Refund or replacement provided on all items are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging and returned in the same condition as received.
In case of change of mind, the cost of return postage and packing should be paid by the customer.

Verified* faulty items aronz.co.uk take full responsibility offer replacement or full refund, arrange collection or freepost return labels to customers. Customer should return the faulty items back to us with all their packing, accessories, instruction manual etc Please include a COPY of the INVOICE and the REASON for return in the package & give one liner note of fault.
